RETURNS POLICY

Shop wise and at ease here at Pixie Muse Club!

Your happiness is important to us. This is why we make it sure that you receive only THE BEST quality products. We understand, however, that not every purchase works and so returns are sometimes necessary. Thus, we make it a point to provide you with a hassle-free return process.

Here at Pixie Muse Club, you can avail of our 30-DAY NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED Return Policy. This means that you can send a product back to us within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will readily offer you a refund or a replacement without any question.

The item subject for return must be in the same condition upon receipt, with all tags or labels intact and contained in its original packaging. It must also be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of smoke, perfume, makeup or deodorant stains.

The postal charges for the return will be kindly shouldered by you. Thus, to avoid being charged with unnecessary fees, we recommend marking your parcel as “returned goods”.

Please make sure to ask for the tracking ID or proof of shipping. This way, we can easily track your parcel and you will have a solid proof that you have sent it back.

Once the returned item is received by us, the refund will be immediately processed. The refund amount will be reimbursed back to the payment account that was used when the purchase was made.

Please note that refunds and returns are not applicable for non-returnable or non-refundable items such as those purchased through retailers, incorrectly ordered products, items in good condition, items delivered incorrectly due to a purchasing mistake (ie. incorrect address or information provided), and items damaged through mishandling by the customer. A mere change of mind is also not applicable.

 

Damaged Goods

At Pixie Muse Club, we make certain that each parcel sent out is neatly and securely packed to withstand the process and handling of international shipping. In rare instances that the parcel you received appears damaged during transit, is defective upon receipt or you believe something is missing, please reach out to us at hello@pixiemuseclub.com with a visual proof of the extent of the damage, a picture or video will do, so we can assist you immediately.

 

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your request for refund will automatically be processed and you will receive a notification regarding its status via email.

After your request is approved, the refund amount will then be credited back to your original method of payment upon purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment merchant.

Sometimes it may take a while to fully process your refund amount. But not to worry! Feel free to check back with us at anytime for the refund status. Or you can check directly with your bank for confirmation.

 

Cancellations

For your convenience, we have set up a 24-hour Cancellation Process. You are given up to 24 hours to cancel your order, before we will send your order details out for fulfillment.

In the event that the order was not cancelled within the given timeframe and the details were already sent out for fulfillment, you will need to wait for the parcel to arrive and then process a return upon receipt.

 

Sale Items

Only standard-priced items are applicable for refunds. As of the moment, items placed on sale cannot be subjected for any refund.
